Returns & Exchanges

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
You will only need to cover the return shipping costs — we take care of the rest.
Returns are not accepted for items that are used, damaged by misuse, or not in their original packaging.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Email us at wecare@looplie.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the item(s) in question.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
